यच्च पैतामहं स्थानं ब्रह्मराशिसमुद्भवम् ।
गुहायां पिहितं नित्यं तद्दमेनाभिपद्यते ॥३२॥

32. And that ancestral state, which arises from the abundant mass of the Absolute (brahman) and is eternally hidden within the cave (of the heart), is attained through self-control.
