महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-140, verse-33

अशिष्टनिग्रहो नित्यं शिष्टस्य परिपालनम् ।
इति शक्रोऽब्रवीद्धीमानापत्सु भरतर्षभ ॥३३॥
33. aśiṣṭanigraho nityaṁ śiṣṭasya paripālanam ,
iti śakro'bravīddhīmānāpatsu bharatarṣabha.
