महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-6, verse-29

इदं च सुमहद्भूतं दैवदण्डमिवोद्यतम् ।
न चैतदभिजानामि चिन्तयन्नपि सर्वथा ॥२९॥
29. idaṁ ca sumahadbhūtaṁ daivadaṇḍamivodyatam ,
na caitadabhijānāmi cintayannapi sarvathā.
29. idam ca sumahat bhūtam daivadaṇḍam iva udyatam
na ca etat abhijānāmi cintayan api sarvathā
29. And this extremely great occurrence, raised up like a divine rod of punishment, I do not understand at all, even after contemplating it in every way.
