महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-10, chapter-6, verse-15

ततः खड्गवरं धीमान्भूताय प्राहिणोत्तदा ।
स तदासाद्य भूतं वै विलयं तूलवद्ययौ ॥१५॥

15. tataḥ khaḍgavaraṁ dhīmānbhūtāya prāhiṇottadā ,
sa tadāsādya bhūtaṁ vai vilayaṁ tūlavadyayau.

saḥ tadā āsādya bhūtam vai vilayam tūla-vat yayau

15. tataḥ tadā dhīmān khaḍga-varam bhūtāya pra-āhiṇot
saḥ tadā bhūtam āsādya vai tūla-vat vilayam yayau

15. Then, the wise (dhīmān) one hurled the excellent sword at the creature. When it (the sword) reached the creature, the creature indeed dissolved like cotton.
