तदिदं दुष्प्रणीतेन भयं मां समुपस्थितम् ।
न हि द्रोणसुतः संख्ये निवर्तेत कथंचन ॥२८॥

na hi droṇasutaḥ saṁkhye nivarteta kathaṁcana.

28. This very fear has arisen in me due to ill-conceived action. For Drona's son would certainly never retreat from battle.
