महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-216, verse-27

कल्यौ स्वो भगवन्योद्धुमपि सर्वैः सुरासुरैः ।
किं पुनर्वज्रिणैकेन पन्नगार्थे युयुत्सुना ॥२७॥
27. kalyau svo bhagavanyoddhumapi sarvaiḥ surāsuraiḥ ,
kiṁ punarvajriṇaikena pannagārthe yuyutsunā.

27. O Lord, we are both capable of fighting even with all the gods and demons. How much more, then, with just one Indra (Vajrin) who desires to fight for the sake of the serpents (pannaga)?
