महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-216, verse-18

हुताशनं नमस्कृत्य ततस्तदपि वीर्यवान् ।
जग्राह बलमास्थाय ज्यया च युयुजे धनुः ॥१८॥
18. hutāśanaṁ namaskṛtya tatastadapi vīryavān ,
jagrāha balamāsthāya jyayā ca yuyuje dhanuḥ.

18. Then, the powerful (Arjuna), having saluted the fire god, seized that (bow) and, applying his strength, strung it with the bowstring.
