महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-187, verse-16

आश्वासयामास च तं कुन्तीपुत्रं युधिष्ठिरम् ।
प्रतिजज्ञे च राज्याय द्रुपदो वदतां वरः ॥१६॥
16. āśvāsayāmāsa ca taṁ kuntīputraṁ yudhiṣṭhiram ,
pratijajñe ca rājyāya drupado vadatāṁ varaḥ.

pratijajñe ca rājyāya drupadaḥ vadatām varaḥ
16. And he (Drupada) comforted that son of Kuntī, Yudhiṣṭhira. Drupada, the foremost among speakers, also pledged him (Yudhiṣṭhira) for kingship.
