एतत्सर्वं समीक्ष्य त्वमात्मत्यागं च गर्हितम् ।
आत्मानं तारय मया कुलं चेमौ च दारकौ ॥३५॥

35. Having considered all this, and also that self-abandonment (ātmatyāga) is reprehensible, save yourself, the family, and these two sons through me.

35. אחרי ששקלת את כל זה, וגם את זה שוויתור עצמי על החיים הוא דבר מגונה, הצל את עצמך, את המשפחה ואת שני הילדים האלה באמצעותי.
