महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-112, verse-1

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
एवमुक्ता महाराज कुन्ती पाण्डुमभाषत ।
कुरूणामृषभं वीरं तदा भूमिपतिं पतिम् ॥१॥
1. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
evamuktā mahārāja kuntī pāṇḍumabhāṣata ,
kurūṇāmṛṣabhaṁ vīraṁ tadā bhūmipatiṁ patim.
1. vaiśampāyana uvāca evam uktā mahārāja kuntī pāṇḍum
abhāṣata kurūṇām ṛṣabham vīram tadā bhūmipatim patim
1. Vaiśampāyana said, "O great king, after being addressed in this manner, Kuntī then spoke to her husband Pāṇḍu, who was a hero, the best among the Kurus, and the lord of the earth."
