योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-56, verse-6

ध्यानैकतानतामेत्य शनैर्विश्रान्तये चिरम् ।
त्यक्ताजवं जवीभाव एकान्तार्थी शमं व्रजन् ॥ ६ ॥
