योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-22, verse-23

अभ्रोदरे भ्रमाङ्गानां स्पन्दास्पन्दमयी यथा ।
स्वसंविदात्मिका सत्ता भूतानामीश्वरी तथा ॥ २३ ॥
abhrodare bhramāṅgānāṃ spandāspandamayī yathā ,
svasaṃvidātmikā sattā bhūtānāmīśvarī tathā 23

23. Just as in the interior of a cloud, the illusory parts appear to consist of both motion and non-motion, so too is the self-aware (svasaṃvid) existence (sattā) the sovereign (īśvarī) reality of all beings (bhūta).
