योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-22, verse-18

ये परां दृष्टिमायाताः संसृतेः पारदर्शिनः ।
न ते कर्म प्रशंसन्ति कूपं नद्यां वसन्निव ॥ १८ ॥

na te karma praśaṃsanti kūpaṃ nadyāṃ vasanniva 18

te karma na praśaṃsanti nadyām vasan kūpam iva

18. Those who have attained the supreme vision and perceive beyond the cycle of rebirth (saṃsāra) do not praise action (karma), just as one living by a river does not praise a well.
