विराड्धातुविकारेण विषमस्पन्दनादिना ।

20. Through the modification of the cosmic being's (virāṭ) fundamental elements, and by means of its uneven pulsation and so forth, this multitude of beings — its limbs and parts — is indeed equally (affected).
