भविष्यत्यपरोऽन्यासां विराडात्मा स एव च ।

There will also be another universal cosmic being (virāṭ), the self (ātman) of other (beings), and it will be the cause of joys and sorrows, and of actions (karma) whose nature is existence and non-existence.
