उत्कन्धरो विततनिर्मलचारुपक्षो हंसोऽयमत्र नभसीति जनैः प्रतीतः ।

5. This bird, with its uplifted neck and beautiful, spotless, outspread wings, is recognized by people here as a swan (haṃsa) in the sky. But when that (same bird) catches a small fish from the pond's water, then indeed, people here realize that this is a heron.
