योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-7, chapter-118, verse-21

लसत्कलापजलदाः पश्य नृत्यन्ति बर्हिणः ।
धुन्वानाः पिच्छकान्तीन्दुं प्रावृषः पोतका इव ॥ २१ ॥
lasatkalāpajaladāḥ paśya nṛtyanti barhiṇaḥ ,
dhunvānāḥ picchakāntīnduṃ prāvṛṣaḥ potakā iva 21
21. lasat-kalāpa-jaladāḥ paśya nṛtyanti barhiṇaḥ
dhunvānāḥ piccha-kānti-indum prāvṛṣaḥ potakāḥ iva
21. paśya! lasat-kalāpa-jaladāḥ barhiṇaḥ piccha-kānti-indum dhunvānāḥ,
prāvṛṣaḥ potakāḥ iva nṛtyanti.
21. Behold! The peacocks, whose glittering tail-feathers are like clouds, are dancing, shaking their moon-like radiant plumes, just like young ones born in the rainy season.
