श्रीराम उवाच ।
जाग्रत्स्वप्नसुषुप्तेषु स्थितं त्रिष्वप्यलक्षितम् ।
तुर्यं ब्रूहि विशेषेण विविच्य मुनिनायक ॥ २२ ॥

jāgratsvapnasuṣupteṣu sthitaṃ triṣvapyalakṣitam ,
turyaṃ brūhi viśeṣeṇa vivicya munināyaka 22
