योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-83, verse-4

मदीयेनोपदेशेन सत्तैषा भवतां क्षयम् ।
गतैवेति स्फुटं मन्ये यूयं ह्यज्ञानसंभवाः ॥ ४ ॥
madīyenopadeśena sattaiṣā bhavatāṃ kṣayam ,
gataiveti sphuṭaṃ manye yūyaṃ hyajñānasaṃbhavāḥ 4
4. madīyena upadeśena sattā eṣā bhavatām kṣayam gatā
eva iti sphuṭam manye yūyam hi ajñāna-saṃbhavāḥ
4. madīyena upadeśena bhavatām eṣā sattā kṣayam gatā
eva iti sphuṭam manye hi yūyam ajñāna-saṃbhavāḥ
4. I clearly believe that by my instruction, this existence of yours has indeed reached destruction, for you are indeed born of ignorance (ajñāna).
