योगवासिष्ठः yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-3, chapter-53, verse-34

अतो ज्ञानविवेकेन पुण्येनाथ वरेण च ।
पुण्यदेहेन गच्छन्ति परं लोकमनेन तु ॥ ३४ ॥

puṇyadehena gacchanti paraṃ lokam anena tu

puṇyadehena anena tu paraṃ lokam gacchanti

34. Therefore, through discerning knowledge, spiritual merit, a boon, and a body purified by virtue, they certainly attain the supreme world by these means.
