श्रीदेव्युवाच ।
संपद्यते हि यत्कार्यं कारणैः सहकारिभिः ।
मुख्यकारणवैचित्र्यं किंचित्तत्रावलोक्यते ॥ २० ॥

saṃpadyate hi yatkāryaṃ kāraṇaiḥ sahakāribhiḥ ,
mukhyakāraṇavaicitryaṃ kiṃcittatrāvalokyate 20

20. śrīdevī uvāca sampadyate hi yat kāryam kāraṇaiḥ
sahakāribhiḥ mukhyakāraṇavaicitryam kiṃcit tatra avalokyate

20. śrīdevī uvāca hi,
yat kāryam sahakāribhiḥ kāraṇaiḥ sampadyate,
tatra kiṃcit mukhyakāraṇavaicitryam avalokyate

20. The Goddess said: Indeed, when an effect is produced by co-operating causes, then some distinctness from the principal cause is observed there.
