तरङ्गोत्पलमालाभं दृष्टनृत्यमिवोत्थितम् ॥ २४ ॥

In this manner, [the ultimate reality] produces the world (jagat)—which comprises words and their meanings, and whose nature is non-existent. This world manifests like a witnessed dance, or like a garland of lotus flowers formed by waves.
