एह्येहीत्यब्रवीद् रामो लक्ष्मणं परवीरहा ।
सस्वजे स्नेहगाढं च बाष्पपर्याकुलेक्षणः ॥२६॥
26. ehyehītyabravīd rāmo lakṣmaṇaṃ paravīrahā ,
sasvaje snehagāḍhaṃ ca bāṣpaparyākulekṣaṇaḥ.

26. Rāma, the slayer of enemy heroes, exclaimed to Lakṣmaṇa, "Come, come!", and with eyes filled with tears, embraced him tightly with great affection.
