वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-54, verse-25

वचनादेव तास्तस्य विकृता घोरदर्शनाः ।
कृतप्राञ्जलयो भूत्वा मैथिलीं पर्यवारयन् ॥२५॥
25. vacanādeva tāstasya vikṛtā ghoradarśanāḥ ,
kṛtaprāñjalayo bhūtvā maithilīṃ paryavārayan.
