वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-3, chapter-54, verse-23

इत्युक्त्वा परुषं वाक्यं रावणः शत्रुरावणः ।
राक्षसीश्च ततः क्रुद्ध इदं वचनमब्रवीत् ॥२३॥
23. ityuktvā paruṣaṃ vākyaṃ rāvaṇaḥ śatrurāvaṇaḥ ,
rākṣasīśca tataḥ kruddha idaṃ vacanamabravīt.
23. iti uktvā paruṣam vākyam Rāvaṇaḥ śatrurāvaṇaḥ
rākṣasīḥ ca tataḥ kruddhaḥ idam vacanam abravīt
23. iti paruṣam vākyam uktvā śatrurāvaṇaḥ Rāvaṇaḥ
tataḥ kruddhaḥ ca rākṣasīḥ idam vacanam abravīt
23. Having spoken such harsh words, Rāvaṇa, the tormentor of his enemies, then, enraged, spoke these words to the female demons.
