बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-16, verse-6

सुतेशो नीचगो यत्र सुतस्थान न पश्यति ।
तत्र सौरिबुधौ स्यातां काकबन्ध्यात्वमाप्नुयात् ॥६॥

6. If the lord of the fifth house is debilitated and does not aspect the fifth house, and if Saturn and Mercury are situated there (in the fifth house), then the woman will become a `kākabandhyā` (one who bears only one child).
