तदा हि कन्यकोत्पत्तिः प्रवदेद् दैवचिन्तकः ॥१३॥

If the lord of the fifth house is conjoined with the Moon, or if it is situated in the same decanate (dreṣkāṇa) as the Moon, then the astrologer (daivācintaka) should certainly predict the birth of a daughter.
