मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-32, verse-7

वाध्रीणसामिषं लौहं कालशाकन्तथा मधु ।
दौहित्रामिषमन्यच्च यच्चान्यत् स्वकुलोद्भवैः ॥७॥
7. vādhrīṇasāmiṣaṃ lauhaṃ kālaśākantathā madhu .
dauhitrāmiṣamanyacca yaccānyat svakulodbhavaiḥ.
7. vādhīṇasāmiṣam lauham kālaśākam tathā madhu
dauhitrāmiṣam anyat ca yat ca anyat svakulodbhavaiḥ
7. The meat of a vādhīṇasa (large ox or old goat), meat of a red goat/deer, dark leafy greens, and honey (provide satisfaction indefinitely). Also, any other meat provided by a daughter's son, and whatever else is offered by those born in one's own family (do so).
