मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-32, verse-20

अनिष्टदुष्टशब्दोग्रदुर्गन्धा चात्र कर्मणि ।
कुलापमानकाः श्राद्धे व्यायुज्य कुलहिंसकाः ॥२०॥

kulāpamānakāḥ śrāddhe vyāyujya kulahiṃsakāḥ
20. In this ritual (karma), undesirable and impure speech, harsh noises, and foul odors are detrimental. Also, those who insult their family and those who harm their family by creating discord (vyāyujya) in the śrāddha (ritual) [are similarly harmful].
