वर्जनीयं तथा श्राद्धे तथोदक्याश्च दर्शनम् ॥२४॥

That which is offered by the fallen and the impure does not nourish the ancestors. Similarly, the sight of menstruating women should be avoided during the obsequial ritual (śrāddha).
