मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-32, verse-25

मुण्डशौण्डसमाभ्यासो यजमानेन यादरात् ।
केशकीटावपन्नञ्च तथाश्वभिरवेक्षितम् ॥२५॥
25. muṇḍaśauṇḍasamābhyāso yajamānena yādarāt .
keśakīṭāvapannañca tathāśvabhiravekṣitam.
25. muṇḍaśauṇḍasamābhyāsaḥ yajamānena yādarat
keśakīṭa avapannam ca tathā aśvabhiḥ avekṣitam
25. The host (yajamāna) must carefully avoid association with shaven-headed ascetics and drunkards. Likewise, food contaminated by hair or insects, and food observed by horses, (should also be avoided).
