मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
ततः सा राजमहिषी तद्व्रतं समुपोषिता ।
यथोक्तं साऽकरोत्पूजां राजराजस्य संयता ॥९॥

9. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
tataḥ sā rājamahiṣī tadvrataṃ samupoṣitā .
yathoktaṃ sā'karotpūjāṃ rājarājasya saṃyatā.
tataḥ sā rājamahiṣī tadvrataṃ samupoṣitā .

mārkaṇḍeya uvāca | tataḥ sā rājamahiṣī tat vratam samupoṣitā

Mārkaṇḍeya said: Then that queen, having completely observed that vow, performed the worship (pūjā) of the King of kings as prescribed, being self-restrained.
