आसीन उक्तः सचिवैर्नीतिशास्त्रविशारदैः ॥११॥

11. vivikte tu gṛhastho'yamatha rājā karandhamaḥ .

Then, in a solitary place, this King Karandhama, who was a householder, was seated. He was addressed by his ministers, who were skilled in political science (nītiśāstra).
