मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-122, verse-10

निधीनामप्यशेषाणां निधिपालगणस्य च ।
लक्ष्म्याश्च परया भक्त्या यतवाक्कायमानसा ॥१०॥
10. nidhīnāmapyaśeṣāṇāṃ nidhipālagaṇasya ca .
lakṣmyāśca parayā bhaktyā yatavākkāyamānasā.

lakṣmyāḥ ca parayā bhaktyā yatavākkāyamānasā
10. One whose speech, body, and mind are controlled, and who is endowed with supreme devotion (bhakti), is connected to all treasures, their guardians, and Lakṣmī.
