Having attained the supreme spiritual discipline (yoga), she indeed went to the unsurpassed heaven. Having experienced the reward (phala) of an aśvamedha (horse sacrifice) in that hermitage (āśrama) – a reward enjoyed by the meritorious – that auspicious and greatly blessed woman departed to heaven, revered by those whose selves (ātman) were disciplined.
