महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-9, chapter-20, verse-36

तं परे नाभ्यवर्तन्त मर्त्या मृत्युमिवाहवे ।
अथान्यं रथमास्थाय हार्दिक्यः समपद्यत ॥३६॥

36. taṁ pare nābhyavartanta martyā mṛtyumivāhave ,
athānyaṁ rathamāsthāya hārdikyaḥ samapadyata.

36. The enemies could not confront him in battle, just as mortals cannot confront death. Then Hārdikya, having mounted another chariot, joined the fray.
