24. tacchūlaṁ sātvato hyājau nirbhidya niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ ,

tato'pareṇa bhallena hṛdyenaṁ samatāḍayat.

24.
Sātvata (Sātyaki) indeed, in battle, having pierced and shattered that spear with sharp arrows, made it fall, as if bewildering Kṛtavarmā (Mādhava). Then, with another arrow, he struck him in the heart.
