महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-179, verse-30

संजय उवाच ।
ततो गङ्गा सुतस्नेहाद्भीष्मं पुनरुपागमत् ।
न चास्याः सोऽकरोद्वाक्यं क्रोधपर्याकुलेक्षणः ॥३०॥
30. saṁjaya uvāca ,
tato gaṅgā sutasnehādbhīṣmaṁ punarupāgamat ,
na cāsyāḥ so'karodvākyaṁ krodhaparyākulekṣaṇaḥ.
30. saṃjaya uvāca | tataḥ gaṅgā sutasnehāt bhīṣmam punaḥ upāgamat
| na ca asyāḥ saḥ akarot vākyam krodhaparyākulekṣaṇaḥ

30. Sanjaya said: Then Ganga, out of affection for her son, again approached Bhishma. But he, with his eyes agitated by anger, did not heed her words.
