महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-3, chapter-169, verse-17

अन्तर्भूमौ तु येऽगृह्णन्दानवा रथवाजिनः ।
अनुप्रविश्य तान्बाणाः प्राहिण्वन्यमसादनम् ॥१७॥
17. antarbhūmau tu ye'gṛhṇandānavā rathavājinaḥ ,
anupraviśya tānbāṇāḥ prāhiṇvanyamasādanam.

17. But as for those demons with their chariots and horses who had sought refuge inside the earth, the arrows pursued them, entering after them and dispatching them to the abode of Yama.
