Thereafter, at the conclusion of the narrative, Vyasa – who was preeminent among speakers, greatly glorious, and the foremost among all who knew the Vedas – being pleased, spoke those very words again to Dhritarashtra, the lord (īśvara) who possessed spiritual insight (prajñā-cakṣus).
