महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-95, verse-4

वैशंपायन उवाच ।
अत्राप्युदाहरन्तीममितिहासं पुरातनम् ।
अगस्त्यस्य महायज्ञे पुरावृत्तमरिंदम ॥४॥
4. vaiśaṁpāyana uvāca ,
atrāpyudāharantīmamitihāsaṁ purātanam ,
agastyasya mahāyajñe purāvṛttamariṁdama.

purātanam | agastyasya mahā-yajñe purā-vṛttam arim-dama
4. vaiśaṃpāyana uvāca arim-dama,

4. Vaiśaṃpāyana said: "Regarding this, O vanquisher of foes (arindama), they also relate this ancient narrative (itihāsa) which transpired long ago during the great Vedic ritual (yajña) of Agastya."
