महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-95, verse-2

ततोञ्छवृत्तेर्यद्वृत्तं सक्तुदाने फलं महत् ।
कथितं मे महद्ब्रह्मंस्तथ्यमेतदसंशयम् ॥२॥
2. tatoñchavṛtteryadvṛttaṁ saktudāne phalaṁ mahat ,
kathitaṁ me mahadbrahmaṁstathyametadasaṁśayam.

2. O great brahmin, what was recounted to me concerning the life of the gleaner and the great reward (phala) from offering flour – this is truly so, beyond any doubt.
