महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-95, verse-22

यो यदाहारजातश्च स तथैव भविष्यति ।
विशेषं चैव कर्तास्मि पुनः पुनरतीव हि ॥२२॥
22. yo yadāhārajātaśca sa tathaiva bhaviṣyati ,
viśeṣaṁ caiva kartāsmi punaḥ punaratīva hi.
22. yaḥ yadāhāra-jātaḥ ca saḥ tathā eva bhaviṣyati
viśeṣam ca eva kartā asmi punaḥ punaḥ atīva hi
22. yaḥ ca yadāhāra-jātaḥ saḥ tathā eva bhaviṣyati
ca eva hi viśeṣam punaḥ punaḥ atīva kartā asmi
22. Whatever one's origin or nature of sustenance may be, one will become exactly like that. And indeed, I will make distinctions again and again, most certainly.
