महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-82, verse-14

एष शांतनवो भीष्मो निहतः सव्यसाचिना ।
अयुध्यमानः संग्रामे संसक्तोऽन्येन भामिनि ॥१४॥
14. eṣa śāṁtanavo bhīṣmo nihataḥ savyasācinā ,
ayudhyamānaḥ saṁgrāme saṁsakto'nyena bhāmini.

14. O passionate one (bhāmini), this Bhīṣma, the son of Śāntanu, has been slain by Savyasācin (Arjuna) in battle, while he was not fighting, being engaged with another (Śikhaṇḍī).
