महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-14, chapter-76, verse-27

ततः स शरवर्षाणि प्रत्यमित्रान्प्रति प्रभुः ।
ववर्ष धनुषा पार्थो वर्षाणीव सुरेश्वरः ॥२७॥
27. tataḥ sa śaravarṣāṇi pratyamitrānprati prabhuḥ ,
vavarṣa dhanuṣā pārtho varṣāṇīva sureśvaraḥ.

27. Then, the powerful Pārtha (Arjuna), with his bow, rained down showers of arrows upon his adversaries, just as Indra, the lord of gods, sends down rain.
