महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-76, verse-27

समन्ततो विनियतो वहत्यस्खलितो हि यः ।
निर्दोषकर्मवचनात्सिद्धिः कर्मण एव सा ॥२७॥

27. Indeed, for one who proceeds disciplined and unfaltering in all respects, that success (siddhi) is truly due to action (karma) itself, [arising] from a resolve for flawless action.
