महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-72, verse-9

मूर्खो ह्यधिकृतोऽर्थेषु कार्याणामविशारदः ।
प्रजाः क्लिश्नात्ययोगेन कामद्वेषसमन्वितः ॥९॥
9. mūrkho hyadhikṛto'rtheṣu kāryāṇāmaviśāradaḥ ,
prajāḥ kliśnātyayogena kāmadveṣasamanvitaḥ.
