महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-72, verse-30

स्विष्टिः स्वधीतिः सुतपा लोकाञ्जयति यावतः ।
क्षणेन तानवाप्नोति प्रजा धर्मेण पालयन् ॥३०॥
30. sviṣṭiḥ svadhītiḥ sutapā lokāñjayati yāvataḥ ,
kṣaṇena tānavāpnoti prajā dharmeṇa pālayan.

30. A good Vedic ritual (yajña), diligent study, and strict asceticism (tapas) conquer as many worlds as exist. One who protects the subjects by means of their intrinsic nature (dharma) attains all those worlds in an instant.
