त्वयापो विहिताः पूर्वं त्वयि सर्वमिदं जगत् ।
त्वयि हव्यं च कव्यं च यथावत्संप्रतिष्ठितम् ॥२८॥

28. By you, the waters were created first. This entire universe exists within you. Both offerings to the gods and oblations to the ancestors are duly established in you.
