महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-1, chapter-139, verse-28

को हि सुप्तानिमान्भ्रातॄन्दत्त्वा राक्षसभोजनम् ।
मातरं च नरो गच्छेत्कामार्त इव मद्विधः ॥२८॥
28. ko hi suptānimānbhrātṝndattvā rākṣasabhojanam ,
mātaraṁ ca naro gacchetkāmārta iva madvidhaḥ.
28. kaḥ hi suptān imān bhrātṝn dattvā rākṣasabhojanam
mātaram ca naraḥ gacchet kāmārtaḥ iva madvidhaḥ
28. Indeed, what man like me, afflicted by desire (kāma), would abandon these sleeping brothers and his mother, having offered them as food for demons?
